What will happen after you have ordered with us?
Once you have ordered with us we check if there is stock and send the order to production.
Production time is around 5 working days and after production is done we send your products to you.
*We do all printing in-house and aim to ship your order as soon as possible. :-)
What happens if the products are not in stock?
When your product(s) are not in stock we always contact you with an estimate of when we can finish your order. We try to make our footprint on the environment as small as possible so we don't have mass stock and print on demand. We choose sustainability over fast fashion and at worst it takes 10 working days to ship your unique products to you.
When production is finished, we are ready to ship your order to you!
Once we finished your order we ship it with Postnord within Europe. Larger orders will be shipped by DHL or UPS, we always e-mail you the track & trace code after we ship.
Within 14 days of notification of your right of withdrawal by e-mail with us prior to you sending the item back to us. The customer is responsible for the return shipping for the regrets of their purchase.
Please note that if your purchase is custom-made, therefore the right of withdrawal does not apply.
How do I return?
1. Send us an e-mail at hej@studiomarkjimena.com within 14 days after you receive your order.
Tell us which product(s) you want to return and mention your order number.
2. We will send you a confirmation by e-mail. (within 48 hours)
3. Return product(s) in the original packaging within 14 days after our confirmation e-mail
You should send your product(s) to Studio Mark & Jimena, Stenserud 41, 68698 Gräsmark, Sweden.
You will be responsible for the shipping cost back to us.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain amount of days.
Damaged products?
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. Please contact us at hej@studiomarkjimena.com with some clear photos of the damaged product(s) and we will replace them when cost-free.
Contact us immediately with the reason for the complaint. Send the complaint back directly to us, by using the return slip that was included in the package. Note on the return slip what is advertised and the reason. As soon as we have processed and approved your complaint, we will credit you for the item.
If you would like a new, similar item, you then need to place an order for it by contacting us, and we will help you adjust the shipping cost afterward.
Keep your unique clothing last long!
We print the washing instructions on the neck label of our clothing.
1. Lower temperatures max. 40 degrees, 30 degrees is better!
2. Turn the clothing inside out
3. Iron not to hot and not directly on the prints
